Know the main characteristic of each one and choose the perfect one for you!

The truth is that we love different types of fragrance!

The olfactory memory is present to remind us of people, places, foods and remarkable moments.

And perfumes are a great way to immortalize those moments, in addition to arousing feelings like confidence, seduction and freshness.

In other words, perfumes are incredibly powerful and that is why we make a point of having different types of it.

And speaking of different types, have you ever wondered if there is any difference between Perfumes, Body Splash, Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette or Eau de Cologne?

Have you noticed how some perfumes fix their fragrances on our bodies for many hours, while others evaporate so quickly?

Well, don't be mad!

Learn the difference that exists in each of these versions and choose the one that makes you most happy!

Let's start with Perfume

These versions mentioned above are classified according to the amount of essence that is diluted in water and alcohol, directly influencing the type and duration of the fragrance.

Perfume, for example, has around 20% to 40% of its total volume of essential oils, which would be one of the most concentrated forms of perfume.

Ideal for those looking for a fixation on the skin that lasts for more than 12 hours.

That kind of perfume that you still smell, even after a whole day at work.

Body Splash

The Body Splash version is very fresh and generally has a more subtle fragrance.

Its duration is only 2 hours maximum.

The right choice for those who want to leave perfumed after a shower, but who have problems with more marked aromas.

Eau de Parfum

With a striking characteristic, this version of perfume has a high essence concentration that can reach up to 25%.

"Eau" means water in French, and this name is due to the fact that its fragrance is diluted in a volume of water from 11% to 15%.

Most recommended to be used on special occasions when you do not have to spray the perfume several times to feel fragrant.

Eau de Toilette

Eau de Toilette has a smaller amount of essence, around 10%, making it softer and its duration shorter, when compared to Eau de Parfum.

Excellent option to be used during the day, with fixation of 4 to 8 hours.

Eau de Cologne

And finally, we have the Eau de Cologne (Cologne) which is very discreet and light.

It has a low concentration of essences that reaches a maximum of 5%.

For this reason, it is not recommended for hot days, as perspiration will cause the fragrance to evaporate quickly.

Its duration is up to 3 hours and is indicated to be used in a quick appointment or if the person has problems with stronger and longer fragrances.

There are people who experience headaches and nausea with certain types of perfumes.

So, did you manage to identify the types of perfume that you like the most or that you have at home?

Now you can't go wrong, huh?
