Creamy Hot Chocolate with Marshmallows



You will need:

2 cups of milk

2 spoons of cornstarch

3 scoops of powdered chocolate (the one with at least 50% cocoa)

2 scoops of sugar (if you prefer more sweets, it can be 3 scoops)

1 box of sour cream

chopped marshmallows

Preparation mode

Beat the milk, cornstarch, powdered chocolate and sugar in a blender, make sure it's sweet enough for you and bring to low heat, stirring all the time.

When it's nearly boiling, you'll notice the mixture is already turning creamy, so turn off the heat and add the cream.

Serve then with the marshmallows on top.


Ginger tea


Ingredients:

1 piece of ginger cut into slices

3 cloves

2 cinnamon sticks

5 spoons of sugar

750 ml of water

Preparation mode:

Add the sugar, cloves, cinnamon and ginger in a saucepan and cook until caramelized, then add the water and simmer until the caramel dissolves.

When this happens, let the tea boil for 5 minutes.

Sift the drink and serve it hot!


Vegan Cappuccino


Ingredients:

1/3 cup of brewed coffee

2/3 cups of almond milk

Cinnamon powder to taste

Preparation mode:

In a cup, pour the coffee and then half the hot milk on top of the coffee.

With the other half of the milk, make a froth, beating the milk with a flue.

Add this foam to the top of the cup and sprinkle with powdered cinnamon.


hot peanut drink


Ingredients:

1 can of condensed milk

2 1/2 milk (use the condensed milk can to measure the amount of milk)

1/2 cup of peeled and unsalted roasted peanuts

Cinnamon powder (optional)

Preparation mode

Beat the milk, condensed milk and peanuts in a blender and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, until creamy.

Turn off the heat and serve afterwards, sprinkling the drink with powdered cinnamon to taste.


Creamy Hot Chocolate (white chocolate version)


Ingredients:

1 liter of milk

2 1/2 spoons of cornstarch

1/2 box of sour cream

2 grated white chocolate bars of your choice

1 spoon of sugar

3 drops of vanilla essence

Preparation mode:

Before going to the fire, dissolve the cornstarch and sugar in the milk and bring the mixture to low heat, stirring constantly.

When starting to boil, turn off the heat and add the grated white chocolate, cream and vanilla, mixing well.

Serve immediately.


Hot wine


Ingredients:

2 liters of soft or dry red wine

2 cups of sugar

3 cups of water

2 cups of chopped pineapple

2 chopped apples

Clove and cinnamon stick to taste

Preparation mode:

With the heat on high temperature, bring a pan with the sugar and water, then add the cloves and cinnamon.

Simmer for 10 minutes with the pan covered.

After that time, add the wine and, as soon as it starts to boil, turn off the heat.

Add the fruits and serve afterwards.


Café Mocha (simple version)


Ingredients:

1/2 cup of instant coffee

1 1/2 cup of powdered milk

2/3 chopped semisweet chocolate

180 ml of boiling water

whipped cream to taste

Preparation mode:

Place all dry ingredients in a blender and add water, beating well.

Serve the drink then, sweetening it to taste and putting the whipped cream on top.
