However, due to the pandemic that we are still facing, many couples have focused their celebrations inside their homes, avoiding crowds and contact with other people who do not belong to them.

The inspiration comes from a similar that is served in a super famous restaurant chain in Australia.

A friend made it for me one of these days and immediately conquered my taste buds.

It is a delicious and full of flavor broth, in addition to being a refined dish.

Very easy to make and will certainly make your dinner a success! You bet!


Ingredients:

3 medium potatoes

1 onion

1/2 cup of wheat flour

200 grams of bacon

3 tablespoons of butter

1.5 liter of vegetable broth

200 grams of light or regular cream (1 box)

1 pinch of sugar

Salt, pepper and basil to taste
